We typically average 2-3 business days to process and order. However, please allow up to 7 business days for the first order to ship. You will receive tracking information when your box ships (check your spam folder).
Our monthly collection arrives at our warehouse between the 12th – 19th of the month. Once we are done unpacking, sorting, and taking inventory we start packing and shipping each individual order between the 19th – 26th of each month. You will receive tracking information when your box ships (check your spam folder).
Just drop us a line at exchanges@thewinstonbox.com and let us know the item you want to exchange and the size you need. If you are an active subscriber residing in the US, we will issue a return label. International subscribers please contact us for shipping instructions.
Simply log on to your account and navigate to the My Subscription page. Go to the Change Options button halfway down the page and edit your preferences. Please allow up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect.
