1. When do I get my box?

Once you subscribe to our service, your box will be prepared and you should receive tracking information within 7 business days. After that, you will be on a regular membership schedule where we take payment and then fulfill in 7 to 10 days as other similar services.

2. What is Winston Box?

The Winston Box is a monthly subscription service catering exclusively to the plus size, or big and tall man. We know that it’s hard to find clothes that fit, and harder yet to find clothes you actually want to wear in your size.

Every month we produce an exclusive limited run of fashion-forward casual, classic and contemporary looks in a variety of colors and sizes. We then match those garments with the size and style preferences our members provide to us and ship them a box of 2-3 pieces each month.

3. What sizes do you offer?

Our sizes ranging from XL to 6X (top) and 42 to 64 waist (bottom) and 27 to 38 (inseam).

4. How do I choose my monthly selections?

We’ve made shopping easy. A Winston Box stylist picks your packages with your style profile in mind every month. Now, you don’t have to waste time waiting in long lines or trying to figure out what looks good and what doesn’t. All you’ve got to do is open the package that comes to your door.

5. Do I get to keep the clothes?

Yes, the clothes are yours to keep.

6. What if the clothes in my box don’t fit?

If something is too small or too big, please contact info@thewinstonbox.com, and we will get you something that fits correctly. All items must be received in unworn condition, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use or they will not be accepted. We also recommend updating your style profile so that you can begin receiving the appropriate sizes for future boxes.

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Your new package will be shipped to you once your old package is received and processed at our warehouse.

Canadian customers will be responsible for shipping charges incurred when sending the item for exchange back to our warehouse; the Winston Box will cover the shipping on the way back to you. Please contact info@thewinstonbox.com and our member experience team will be happy to help facilitate your exchange.

7. Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the world!  Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive after you have received your shipping notification via email.

9. Do You Ship To APO/FPO/P.O. Box Addresses?

We do accommodate for APO, FPO as well as P.O. Box addresses.

10. What comes in the box?

Every month we produce an exclusive limited run of fashion-forward casual, classic and contemporary looks in a variety of colors and sizes. We then match those garments with the size and style preferences our members provide to us and ship them a box of 2-3 pieces each month.

Since The Winston Box does not curate other brands or labels, the content of our boxes are not dependent on what deals we can cut or which designers have excess inventory they are trying to move. This gives us the ability to take an organic and holistic approach to our collections.

Our emphasis is on helping men build interchangeable wardrobes. This is why we design our collections one season at a time, ensuring that all three monthly boxes from a season are coordinated with each other. This gives our members the ability to build multiple looks and layers by mixing and matching different pieces. This is a revolutionary concept for the monthly clothing subscription model.

11. Can I cancel my membership?

As a Winston Box member, you can pause or cancel your account at anytime after receiving your first shipment. To cancel or pause, log in to your account and use the Membership Cancellation Request Form by 11:59 PM PST on the date prior to the renewal date listed in the account.

Please Note: In order to opt out of the month’s package, cancellations must be done before the renewal date.

12. Do I have to commit to a specific number of boxes?

The Winston Box does not require that you order a specific number of boxes. You are free to cancel or pause your membership at any time.

 
13. How and when do you charge me?

The first month’s membership fee is charged right after you press the Submit Order on the Secure Checkout page. For every month after that, Winston Box members are charged either on the 5th or 12th of each month depending on when they signed up. Renewal subscriptions are sent out around the 3rd week of each month.

At the moment Winston Box accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or PayPal.

International Customers

Please note that currently all prices quoted on this site are listed in U.S. Dollars, and that all Member packages will be billed as such. Accordingly, a Member’s bank, credit card company, or other financial institution may charge a Member certain transaction fee(s) related to currency conversion and such transaction fee(s) may appear as one (1) singular charge along with your monthly membership fee. Please note that Winston Box, L.L.C. has no control over such fees, and thus, we shall not be responsible for, and hereby expressly disclaim responsibility for, any such transaction fees.

Please note that import duties, customs charges, and related taxes and fees are not included in the price or shipping costs, and any such duties, charges, taxes, and/or fees are the Member’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional charges may be in advance of your purchase.

14. What is your return policy?

We do accept returns for clothes that you are not satisfied with. For more information on our return policy, please see our terms of service page. Additionally, we also have a size exchange policy.
