Didn’t care for a particular item or color? VIP  members have the option to swap out select pieces  for another item of comparable value, inventory  permitting, and have it replaced in the next box. 

Waive Fees on Returns 

Need to return your entire box? We’re waiving all return fees for active subscribers with a VIP package. Get your full amount paid, minus the original shipping and handling cost. 

Shipping Insurance 

Did a box go missing off your doorstep? VIP members have peace of mind knowing boxes marked “Delivered” that go missing are eligible to be replaced.
